Josh Engkraf has 10 years of experience as a Project Superintendent for RSCI, with over 14 years of construction experience as a Superintendent. Josh’s presence is immediately felt on the jobsite, his concrete expertise and work ethic are a motivation for the entire crew, and his skills are extremely beneficial on nearly any type of project. His background experience includes an array of structural concrete projects and warrants expertise in the area of hydraulic concrete structures, layout, erection, hoisting, mechanical piping, subcontractor and personnel management.

Design-Build McCain Pipe Bridge, Othello, WA | 10/20 – 11/21 | $4,201,000 | Install piping for influent and effluent wastewater, well water, and biogas lines, this includes directional boring of approx. 4,000LF of HDPE pipe ranging from 12-inch to 24-inch diameter. Demolish 180-foot-long pipe bridge, foundations, piping, casing, and site infrastructure. Project Superintendent


USEI Indoor Stabilization Facility, Grandview, ID | 05/20 – 10/20 | $3,945,600 | Procure and erect a pre-engineered metal Stabilization Building, construct reinforced Xypex-concrete mixing bins, footings, and slabs, place structural backfill and asphalt pavement, also includes site grading and below and above grade utilities. Project Superintendent


Design-Build McCain Othello Plant WWTP, Othello, WA | 12/19 – 12/21 | $33,500,000 | Construct new two-million gallon per day (MGD) water treatment facility for a raw food processing plant. Structures include a concrete Covered Anerobic Lagoon (CAL), sized at approx. 580-feet x 290-feet with 14-foot-tall walls, an Aerobic Basin, Secondary Clarifier, Headworks/Screening Building, Blower Building, and Biogas Building. The facility cleans process water by removing oils and contaminants, which is used for agriculture land application. The cleaning process also produces byproduct biogas that is routed over 3,000 LF back to the food processing plant and used to generate energy. Project Superintendent


I-84, Salmon Falls Creek Bridge | 06/19 – 08/20 | $3,250,000 (CO-17) | Construct a steel girder bridge on new concrete abutments supported by steel H-Piles. Demolish one half of the existing bridge at a time, and lift the precast steel and concrete deck into place on the abutments. Project Superintendent


Tank 1B Improvements, Mountain Home, ID | 9/18 – 05/19 | $3,151,000 (CO-02) | Construct a two- million-gallon prestressed concrete water storage reservoir, connect to the existing water distribution system, construct an overflow pond, and site improvements, required significant blasting and rock removal. Project Superintendent


Phase II Wastewater Treatment Improvements, Jerome, ID | 08/16 – 11/18 | $24,943,000 | Expand the liquid and solids handling capacity of the treatment plant while simultaneously completing several upgrades and one complete rebuild of area conveyance lift stations. Construction includes 24 new treatment/conveyance structures and the expansion of nine others. New structures include membrane facilities, clarifiers, aeration basins, pump stations, diversion structures, anaerobic digesters, solids handling facilities, gas handling facilities, and headworks facilities. The overall construction effort includes over 5,000 CY of structural concrete, 20,700 CY of structural excavation, over 13,500 CY of rock blasting/excavation, and 13,000 feet of underground process utilities. Twin Falls WWTP Headworks Improvements, Twin Falls, ID | 01/16 – 08/16 | $4,735,000 (CO 10) | Construct a new 22MGD Headworks Facility to increase overall plant capacity to 44 MGD Two additional inclined drum screens and a manual bypass rack An additional grit vortex and associated grit washing and classifying equipment Nine new actuated slide gates for primary flow splitting Electromagnetic flow measurement devices Replacement of six Programmable Logic Controllers throughout in the plant, yard piping and plant utility additions, demolition, site civil, electrical, and communications. Twin Falls WWTP Improvements, Twin Falls, ID | 06/14 – 05/16 | $18,599,000 (CO 21) | Phased expansion of the existing treatment plant to 13 MGD at Milestone 1 and 16 MGD capacity at Milestone

2. Construct a new Integrated Fixed-Film Activated Sludge (IFAS) process train including concrete basins with (17) individual motor operated slide gates, full recirculation & wasting pump capacity, and a complete media screening package. Also, construct four turbo blowers and associated building facilities adjacent to the basins to supply air to the process to reach 13 MGD capacity. Subsequently, to reach 16 MGD, construct a new Secondary Clarifier and RAS Pump Station and new Integrated Fixed-Film Activated Sludge (IFAS) treatment facility including new aeration basin, turbo blowers with building, secondary clarifier, RAS pump station, backup generator, and site improvements and demolition. Modify the existing RAS, four existing aeration basins, UV disinfection facility, and plant water pump system. Project Superintendent


Minidoka Dam Modifications, Minidoka Project, ID | 09/11 – 03/15 | $24,969,000 (MOD 90) | Construct a south gated spillway, north and south mass concrete dikes, north and south side canal headworks, north and south mass concrete overflow spillways, and modify the existing north gated spillway. The spillway dike is 2,000 LF, the 3 radial gate structures contain 16 radial gates each 20- feet wide and 20 to 24-feet tall. Project includes access roads, fencing, gates, railing, stairs, and a 10-ton capacity gantry crane, gate hoists, slide gates, steel pipe, and diesel engine-generator set, automatic transfer switch, electrical and control systems. Demolition of the existing overflow spillway and existing canal headworks, over 50,000 CY of rock excavation and removal, various coffer dam systems, diversion and control of water over a 3 year seasonally restricted project duration. Project Superintendent


Canyons Resort Lift Towers, Park City, UT | 2010 | Form and pour 20-foot-tall concrete walls using Symons forms, to accommodate new ski lift equipment, also construct a pump station and pond for making snow. Project Superintendent


Membrane Bioreactor WWTP, Bellevue, ID | 2008 – 2009 | $4,668,000 | Construct concrete process basins, install pre-engineered steel building, pre-purchased membrane bioreactor (MBR) equipment, mixing, aeration and pumping equipment, screening and washer/compaction equipment. Install mechanical piping, electrical systems, yard piping, site work and all miscellanies. Fabricated and set Gang forms, for 24-foot-tall watertight concrete walls using the Aluma-beam System.
